Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all competitions, programs, and activities organized by Shyamashree Shitala Maa Charitable Trust, including but not limited to Art & Craft, Painting, Music, Dance, Recitation, Quiz, Talent Hunt, Cultural Programs, and any related events—online or offline. -
Final Authority of Judges
The judges’ decisions are final, binding, and conclusive.
No participant may question, appeal, or challenge any decision. -
Code of Conduct
Participants must maintain proper decorum and respectful behavior.
Misconduct or rule violations may lead to immediate disqualification, with no claims, appeals, or refunds. -
Intellectual Property & Copyright
By participating, you agree that:

All content you create, perform, or submit—including art, music, dance, scripts, recordings, photos, videos, quizzes, or any creative work—becomes the exclusive property of the Trust.

You irrevocably assign all rights (copyright, performance, publicity, moral rights, and all intellectual property rights) to the Trust worldwide, forever.

The Trust may use, record, publish, edit, reproduce, livestream, broadcast, or adapt your content for promotion, branding, exhibitions, social media, commercial and non-commercial purposes, without further consent.

No Compensation
No royalty, fee, honorarium, or revenue share will be paid now or in the future.
You waive all rights to claim ownership or compensation for your content. -
Registration Fee
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of absence, withdrawal, rejection, or disqualification. -
Originality
All submitted content must be original and created by you.
You are responsible for any legal consequences if content infringes third-party rights. -
Digital Consent & Legal Validity
By ticking “I Accept” on the registration form, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
This electronic consent is legally valid under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
The digital record is admissible in court under Section 65B of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872. -
Minor Participants
If you are under 18, this consent must be given by a parent or legal guardian.
Their acceptance is final and binding. -
Scholarship & Prizes
In case of a low number of contestants in any group, the scholarship amount may be revised at the discretion of the organizers. -
Venue & Time Changes
In case of any change in venue or time due to unavoidable circumstances, contestants will be informed in advance. -
Jurisdiction
All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. -
Acceptance
By participating, you fully and irrevocably accept all Terms & Conditions.
